Food and drink
While hot drinks are free for all, please use the honesty box if you are taking drinks or snacks from the fridges, baskets or cupboards.
Due to licencing laws we cannot accept money in the honesty box for alcohol for any reason.
Code of Conduct
Be considerate, respectful, and collaborative. Refrain from demeaning, discriminatory or harassing behaviour and speech. Be mindful of your surroundings and of your fellow participants. Avoid excess intoxication.
If you have a complaint to make, or need to speak to someone about an issue, in the first instance, please speak to the organiser of the event you are attending (they'll usually be indicated as the 'host' on the meetup event). If that isn't practical you can reach the club management by using the
contact form on the website (that pages also lists our social media pages), or by sending an email directly to mail@thegamerclub.co.uk.
