+Members are able to book rooms on the booking system and chose whether they'll be public (viewable to non-members on the booking system) or private (the area shows as busy/booked but there is no detail).  You can request in the [[chat room]] if you'd like your event to be shown on the website (or mentioned in the public rooms and/or added to the meetup groups).
